Effective immediately, all Nel-Tec personnel are required to adhere to the following dress code standards. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors working within or representing Nel-Tec facilities.

General Requirements

• All staff must maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Nel-Tec identification badges must be worn visibly on a lanyard around the neck in accordance with assigned role.
• Non-compliance with dress code requirements may result in disciplinary action.

Office Staff

• Attire: Smart Casual.
• Prohibited: Jeans and trainers.
• Identification: Black Nel-Tel ID Badge on lanyard, worn around the neck at all times.

Medical and R&D Staff

• Attire: White laboratory coat worn over Smart Casual.
• Prohibited: Jeans and trainers.
• Identification: White Nel-Tel ID Badge on lanyard, worn around the neck at all times.

Security Officers

• Attire: Black, black camo, or wolf grey combat trousers and shirt.
• Equipment: Chest rig or plate carrier. Primary firearm (mandatory) and optional secondary.
• Headwear: Black camo or beige Nel-Tec branded baseball cap.
• Identification: Black Nel-Tel Security Badge on lanyard, worn around the neck at all times.

Security Supervisors

• Attire: Black, black camo, or wolf grey combat trousers and shirt.
• Equipment: Chest rig or plate carrier. Primary firearm (mandatory) and optional secondary.
• Identification: Black Nel-Tel Security Badge on lanyard, worn around the neck at all times.
• Insignia: Grey NEL-TEC patch to be worn front and centre on the chest. Solid grey Nel-Tec branded baseball cap. This patch and grey cap is strictly reserved exclusively for the current supervisor on duty.

All Other Personnel

• Attire: Smart Casual.
• Prohibited: Jeans and trainers.
• Identification: Blue Nel-Tel ID Badge on lanyard, worn around the neck at all times.
